SiT1552是一款超小型和超低功耗的32.768kHz温补晶振,优化电池供电的应用。SiTime的硅MEMS技术使第一个32kHzTCXO能够用于拥有世界上最小的占位面积和芯片级封装(CSP)。
典型的核心供电电流仅为1μA。而不像标准的振荡器,SiT1552具备NanoDrive特性,工厂可编程输出,减少了电压摆幅将功耗降到最低。SiT1552经过工厂校准多个温度点,以保证在整个温度范围极其严格的频率稳定度,稳定的选择范围为±5ppm到±20ppm。
